I have a custom cooler, how do I know which way the heat pipes should be situated to obtain the best performance in the RV02? |

| There are two main types of heat pipes used in popular aftermarket coolers, they are groove and powder. Groove heat pipes are very susceptible to gravity while powder heat pipes are less so. To achieve best performance in either heat pipe technology, they need to be placed horizontally or have the heat source side located below the other end of the heat pipe. We recommend choosing and installing components with heat pipes carefully by taking into consideration of the following examples: |
Motherboard:
The orientation of an enthusiast motherboard in a normal ATX case
The orientation of an enthusiast motherboard in the RV02 As the illustrations above show, most enthusiast motherboards with heat pipes will work fine in the RV02, the heat source is located below other parts of the heat pipe. |

My graphics card or expansion card does not line up correctly with the case’s expansion slot mounting holes.

The top area of the case may have been bent slightly, please avoid lifting the case by using the I/O back plate opening as a handle:
Push down and apply pressure evenly over the area of the top 120mm fan grille closest to the expansion slot. Check for expansion card alignment and continue to push the area down until the card is lined up correctly with the case.

Can I remove the hard drive cage without having to take my graphics card/motherboard out of the case? |

Special note regarding RV02 power button |
| A： |
The power and reset button switch design from the initial production of RV02 was very sensitive. But due to the location of these two buttons, users frequently shut down their computer by accident when touching it. In order to prevent this situation, SilverStone engineers revised the switch to have longer travel. The new button and switch are less likely to activate when accidently touched so we suggest users to press the center portion when performing power or reset actions.
(╳) No reaction if only the front part of the button is pressed.
(╳) No reaction if only the rear part of the button is pressed.
(○) Button will activate if pressed in the center part of the button.

1. Use both hands to remove top cover gently.
2. After loosening four screws, detach both side panels gently.
3. After loosening six screws behind the front panel, detach front panel gently.
4. First, loosen two screws located on the top-front cover.
Then push top-front cover in the direction as shown gently and finally pull up to detach the top-front cover.
5. Flip top-front cover over to loosen two screws near front I/O module and detach it gently.
6. Install USB 3.0 front I/O module (part number: G11303260) and fasten two screws back gently.
7. Assemble parts back in reverse order carefully.
Your case is now USB3 ready.
